		<description>I agree he is exaggerating the rep counts.  As a trainer he probably balances exaggerating the number of reps people do to boost confidence, and also to under-exaggerate or set rediculous goals to keep his clients working and not to plateau or settle for the original goal.  Overall i enjoy his videos and he has some good tips to offer.</description>
