  2. yofavcracka says:

A super set is two exercises performed right after eachother with no rest. Basically it causes you to push yourself harder

    i have those same dumbells

    i want his arms!!!

  5. MatsudaShun says:

It’s a back to back work out where u perform exercises targeting opposite muscles or opposite movements. Like a pulling and pushing exercise; bench press and back row. Or a bicep workout and tricep workout. Do it almost immediately and lesser rest period.

  6. gibber555 says:

isolation movements, such as pulldowns or skull crushes seem to make the certain muscle grow(tricep), faster than a tricep superset. i find supersets dont do much for me, as they only tone. but if thats what your looking for, go for it :)

boxer still need trainning im a boxer and i REALLY NEED TRAINNING!

  8. GrEaTeSt786 says:

back to back excersies meaning no rest in between each excercise

  9. docota88 says:

Actually supersets or more of lossing more calories and are a great pump system to use

  10. outfoxed2006 says:

using heavy weight doesnt mean you’re going to get big, its actually using a weight that you can lift with perfect form… high weight with fewer unclean reps tends to build more strength than size

  11. bigtomw87 says:

its where you do 2 exercises one straight after the other without rest

  12. massgilms says:

is it best to workout different muscle groups each day (ie: biceps and triceps one day and chest and back another?). can someone give me an example of what their week workout consists of?

  13. mixuletz says:

    for example :
    1st – a 10kg dumbell and 10 reps
    2nd – a 15kg dumbell and 15 reps
etc.. or you can do a descending one for ripping .. the ones i said are for mass

  14. dietaryfiber15 says:

its hard to explain but for EXAMPLE: incline bench with dumbells; do a set of regular bench press with a set of dumbells, and right after that (no rest) switch to chest fly position and do a set of that, and that’s a poor explanation but yeah

  15. Bly86 says:

What do you think? Think you could punch harder if you had a stronger upper body? Yea I think so.

  16. IAMSO1FIT says:

  18. Jacobsen26 says:

what does it mean for an exercise to be a shaper/toner?

  19. Sleevesboi012 says:

for an exercise to be a shaper/toner means for the exercise to have low weights and high reps. this give your muscle a better look, it won’t make the muscle bigger but it’ll make it look more cut and shaped.

  20. YouAteMyChicken says:

The best are full body workouts 3 times per week. Workout 1 could consist of
    Power Clean 3×5
    Squats 3×5
    Barbell Rows 3×8
    Wide Grip Chins 3×10
    Weighted Situps 3×12

  21. rockardross says:

no low body fat creats more “cut and shape”

  22. weathered79 says:

i do 4 tricep exercises per workout twice a week am i overdoing it and i don’t diet so is it natural for it to take longer to see results when i flex my arms i can see the muscles and shape but when i relax my arms they look normal but i am getting a lot stronger

  23. Doggeyo says:

nice control up and nice control down :P

  24. flamechane8 says:
