Strength Project- All Aspects of Physical Training

Just training… Mental and physical empowerment through training. I dont believe in limiting yourself to one kind of workout, such as calisthenics or weight training. I believe an equal balance of everything will provide the best results. Most of my life I was stuck to weight training/ plyometrics, but as I gain knowledge, I am finding that through calisthenics, stretching and isometrics, my body is responding to better gains.
