    lol that’s not even 135lbs. 2 45 plates and I don’t know how much the trap bar weighs, but it sure isn’t the 45lbs that an Olympic bar is. I know the guy is just demonstrating, but that certainly doesn’t qualify as heavy, not even moderately heavy.

    okay i need an answer for this question okay i’ve been overwieght since i was six and i’m 20 now so i need to ask this question my wieght has made it hard to walk and i’ve been forced down on my knees and i also have a flabby gut and chest. so i have a question and hope for a answer now i know can’t lose wieght quickly but is it possible to strenghten my legs and tone my chest and gut in 7 months?.
