Yes, if your legs are mostly fat. but if they’re just muscly then you’re naturally curvy and there’s not a lot you can do about that.

heey i was sut wondering i started to do this for a week and
heeyy i was wondering ive been doing this for a week and im obviously going to continue but whe ni do these excersises it hurts when i do them and after it hruts still but after a few mintues the pain goes awya and my legs jsut feel abit different
does that mean i should try something else or does it even matter? any suggestions?
hi i have been doing this for a week now and when i do it i feel it working and everything but afterwards my legs feel a bit soar and stuff and then a few min later they will jsut feel like i did something to themm and then the next day i dont feel anything… any suggestions wat to do or why its like that?

how often do you practice this? I heard if you did it every night, it wouldn’t work or lose weight… and I’ve been doing this and stretches in the morning and before I go to bed for the past week. =\
It’s like that with any excercise. When you excercise, your muscles rip, then form new muscle tissue. Your body isn’t used to that kind of excercise. The soreness is good, but you have to let your muscles rest from time to time. Nice job.

The only way to lose hip fat is general fat reduction. Cardio!
