		<description>I had a hysterectomy 4 weeks ago and I am undergoing some anxiety and stress issues.  Yes I am very saddened by the fact I cannot have kids and never had kids.  Although I know I can adopt, it just isn&#039;t the same yet.  My body is constantly restless and I can&#039;t seem to sit still for more than a couple of minutes.  My muscles feel very tense and have to constantly move around.  I am also having anxiety attacks that just don&#039;t want to go away.  I ended up going to urgent care yesterday in which they gave me medicine to help calm me and to not have many mood swings.  However, I am still very restless and wanted to know if there are any at home exercises that will help me relax and not feel so anxious.
