does anyone know how many abs we have? ie 6 pack or 8 pack… or are some people born with more seperations?

  4. CisforCory says:

everyone has those muscles in the exact same places. it’s just much harder to work the lower portion of your abdomin & get the same deffinition as the upper part, so the last pair of muscles look flat. Sometimes the lower portion of your pecs can look like part of an 8-pack as well.

why is it so important to breath during your exercises? obviously, breath enough to keep from fainting- but why does it have to be so steady?

  11. akshaysamel says:

because breathing too contracts and expand your muscles but most importantly provide oxygen to your body!

Of course, steady breathing ensures adequate oxygen intake, but its also an important factor in maintaining proper body alignment and core stability.

  19. elitecssplayer says:

If a guy did like 30 pushups and 30 sit ups a day, how long would it take till he got stonger, and looked more muscular?

  20. mrchacko says:

Since you’re working a very limited amount of muscle groups and limiting the number of reps, not very ripped. You need to do more than just sit ups (there are 6 types of ab work outs you can do at home which hit each muscle group) and push ups work part of your biceps and mostly your chest. You can do dips to work your triceps, but really you want to pick up some dumb bells if you want to look muscular.

  21. elitecssplayer says:

That’s the problem… I don’t erally have time to do work outs and lift dumb bells.. only saturdy and sunday most of the time.

I live in Canada, Regina, Saskatchewan. where woulda guy go to get good weights? I know wal-mart is shit all!
