I’m alternating this 8mins exercise with taebo cardio. Im doing this 3 days a week, and 3 days a week i do taebo cardio. Im trying to lose some weight. Im also walking a lot and eating healthy… just one question… does 8 mins do the work or should I do them twice and make it 16 mins?
start with 8 and then if u feel like ur not being pushed enough go to 16. also remember this will only work for so long, u have to keep challenging your muscles with different exercises. so maybe one day do this, then the next do another butt workout video
it doesn’t help build muscles, so dont try it. to make it harder spread your stance more, so your back leg is further behind you. that can help you work harder.

it feels more for like your glutes and thighs then your butt… but it still feels good.
