and heck no, 3g is like a nible of meat i usually eat meat with every meal if you wanna gain musle and not gain anything else, go for lean protein, fish, chicken,and tofu/soy products.
but if u wanna beef up in general, folow my diet, higher in fats and protein than carbs and veggies/fruit, not considered healthy by most but i cant argue with the fact that it works amazingly just dont do it for years at a time, don't rot your heart man.
